You have spent years building your practice and earning the trust of your clients. Designed for tax and bookkeeping professionals ready to retire or transition, the Cardinal Legacy Program ensures they are in good hands. We are here to carry your work forward with the same care and integrity you built it with.
Handing off your clients is not a small decision. Cardinal Heritage Group is a family-owned practice led by Harold and his son Andrew, which means we are not going anywhere. Your clients will be welcomed into a practice that treats everyone like family, with the same care and integrity you have always provided. Your legacy does not end here. It continues.
1. We Have a Conversation
No paperwork, no commitments. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what you are thinking about.
2. We Listen
Every practice is different. We take the time to understand your clients, your work, and what matters most to you before anything else.
3. We Make an Agreement
When you are ready, we put together a plan that works for both of us and makes the transition as smooth as possible.
4. We Transition Together
There is no hard stop. We work alongside you at whatever pace makes sense, so your clients barely notice a change. When you are ready to step back fully, we are already there.
